What we offer

All injectables are placed by Debra, our Registered Nurse and nurse injector, whose seventeen years as a dental hygienist give her an unusually precise working knowledge of facial anatomy.

Who injects, and why that is the whole question

Every injectable at this clinic is placed by Debra, a Registered Nurse specialising in aesthetic medicine. Her background is unusual and it is the reason to read this page: seven years in dialysis nursing and a year in labour and delivery, where precision and safety are not negotiable, and before nursing, seventeen years as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Seventeen years working in the head and neck means an intimate working knowledge of facial anatomy — where the nerves and vessels run, how the structure sits under the surface. It shows in results that read as balanced rather than done. With injectables, the product is a commodity and the anatomy knowledge is not.

What we place

• Botox — forehead, eyes and brows, for the lines that appear when the muscle moves

What to expect

• An unhurried appointment. Debra’s approach is to explain every step and keep you comfortable through it
• Botox takes a few days to begin working and settles over about two weeks — judge it then, not on day two
• Filler is visible immediately, with swelling and the occasional bruise settling over the following days
• Radiesse works differently by design: it stimulates your own collagen, so it develops over weeks
• Minimal downtime. Most people go back to their day

Before you book

• Tell us about blood thinners, including over-the-counter ones, and about any previous filler — what and when
• Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Do not book within two weeks of an event. Swelling and bruising need room to settle
• Bring what you want to change, not a photograph of someone else. The aim here is to enhance what is already there
